Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

We ship to the United States, Canada and Worldwide.

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

According to the United States Customs Service; Purchases mailed

to the United States will pass duty-free if their value does not exceed $200.

Purchases which exceed $200 may be subject to additional fees/duties.

Our shipping costs for the US and Canada are straight forward:

All Purchases up to $49.99 - Shipping Cost is $ 10.00

All Purchases over $50.00 - Shipping Cost is $15.00

Shipping costs are added to your total when processed in PayPal.

For shipping costs outside of the US and Canada please email Wanda@ABeadC.com.

We use Air Parcel Post. You should expect your order to arrive

within 2 to 7 business days. All orders are insured. If you have not received

your order after 7 business days please e-mail or call us 416-256-7527 and

we will trace the order.

Returns and Refunds

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full product refund

or exchange. Goods must be returned in the condition they were shipped

with a copy of the original invoice. All items must be in their original packaging

with appropriate item codes (if applicable). Shipping and Handling is not

refundable.

Privacy

We do not sell, give away or otherwise disclose customer information.

From time to time we may email new product information to our customers.

At any time you can request to be removed from the list by emailing us.
